Kyle Bornais is a Canadian Screen Awards-nominated producer that executive produces, and produces, film and television for the Canadian and International marketplace. He co-founded Farpoint Films and has worked to develop and launch new productions and partnerships for the company ever since. Highlights of past projects include award-winning feature films From The Vine, Room For Rent, Sorry For Your Loss, Menorca, Teen Lust, Mother's Day and Wild Cherry; television series Cruise Ship Killers, Alive, I Hostage, My Misdiagnosis, Kid Diners, Escape Or Die!, The Illegal Eater (2014 Rockie Award for Best Lifestyle Series), The Medicine Line (Best Documentary Series at the 2014 Yorkton Film Festival), House Party; documentaries Bachman, Randy Bachman's Vinyl Tap: Every Song Tells A Story, Lost Heroes, The Sheepdogs Have At It, and There's Something Out There - CTV's first HD documentary that had a million viewers for its premier broadcast.

John Barnard is an award-winning director that has worked in most genres of film and television. His latest film is the award-winning documentary, Bachman, on legendary singer/songwriter Randy Bachman. Menorca was John’s first dramatic feature film. His music documentaries featuring Randy Bachman, The Sheepdogs and many others have screened on TV and cinemas internationally. His work in lifestyle television can be seen around the world in series Alive, I Hostage, My Misdiagnosis, Kid Diners, The Illegal Eater, Escape or Die!, Buy It-Fix It-Sell It!, and The Medicine Line, some of which he even had a hand in creating.

Chris Charney is a Canadian Screen Award-nominated television and film writer. He wrote the feature film, Wild Cherry, which is currently available on iTunes. Chris was nominated for Best Writing in a Lifestyle or Reality/Competition Program or Series at the 2015 Canadian Screen Awards for The Illegal Eater. His credits include Ice Vikings, Alive, I Hostage, My Misdiagnosis, Kid Diners, Escape Or Die!, The Illegal Eater (also directed five episodes), The Medicine Line (also directed 4 episodes), Lost Bones: In Search Of Sitting Bull's Grave, Musical Ghosts (wrote and directed).

An award-winning producer and content creator with a background in performing and journalism, Scott R. Leary started his career in front of the camera covering both news and sports events. He eventually moved behind the camera as a producer and director for Craig Broadcasting and then CTV. He started his independent production career producing and working in development on a lifestyle series and a scripted series simultaneously. From these experiences he has gone on to create and produce hundreds of hours of content. From feature films to kids programming, lifestyle shows and documentary series the work he has helped bring to the screen, both big and small, can be seen in over 100 countries around the world.

Tony Wosk

Tony Wosk has been working in Canada's film and television industry for twenty years. He has held positions including Senior Film & Distribution analyst at Telefilm Canada, Director Acquisitions & Development at Christal Films Distribution, Executive in Charge of Production, TV Comedy at CBC Television, and in addition to producing full time is currently the film programmer for Just For Laughs short film showcase Eat My Shorts.

His producing credits include producing The Samaritan starring academy award nominees Samuel L. Jackson, Ruth Negga and Tom Wilkinson, the comedy Sorry For Your Loss (Justin Bartha, Bruce Greenwood), Banff Rockie Award Winning series The Illegal Eater, short documentary The Hundred-Year-Old Whale (2018 Winner WGC Award) and the feature doc Lost Heroes: The Untold Story of Canadian Superheroes. He has Executive Produced the award-winning comedy feature Room For Rent (Mark Little, Brett Gelman), as well as the award winning features Nose to Tail and Berkshire County and documentary The Sheepdogs Have At It.

Markus Henkel came to Farpoint Films via Germany and quickly established himself as the company's go-to-man. He studied film at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund and works as editor, graphics, colourist, shooter and anything/everything else. He was the cinematographer for Farpoint's feature films Bachman and Menorca as well as co-editing both films. He is also an award-winning filmmaker whose projects include: Tapeworm, The Champ, Under The Neon Lights, and Offline.

Mitch Dorge

As a drummer (and few would define him so narrowly) he can be found on a minimum of 25 albums, (discs, tapes, etc.). Recordings with everyone from local upcoming artists to mega artists such as Crash Test Dummies (11 million records sold worldwide), which he has been a member of since 1991. You’ll also find him in the credits as producer, engineer or credited playing some other instrument. Three Grammy nominations, a Juno and 11 Juno nominations, appearances on The Late Show With David Letterman (3), Late Night With Conan O'Brien (3), Arsenio Hall, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and a most proud moment, Saturday Night Live. Calvin Henrion

Calvin Henrion entered the TV and Film industry in 2013 after completing his Interactive Media Arts diploma in Brandon, MB. Growing up in a small town much of this was new, but he was driven to be successful at doing something he loved.

He started working as an assistant editor on Quest for the Cup and quickly moved up to editing on shows such as Ice Vikings, Alive, I Hostage, My Misdiagnosis, Cruise Ship Killers, The Day My Job Tried To Kill Me, and The Prairie Diner. He worked as the DIT on most of these productions as well. In addition to his work in post production, Calvin is a member of IATSE 669 and has worked on multiple TV shows and Movies as a DIT/Digital Loader. He enjoys the change of scenery going between the office and set.

Kevin Solis

Kevin Solis is an editor and filmmaker from Winnipeg. He started editing and filming at the young age of 11 as a hobby. After graduating from high school, Kevin pursued his dreams of becoming a filmmaker and attended Vancouver Film School where he studied Post-Production and Cinematography. After graduating, he returned to Winnipeg and started working as an assistant editor for award-winning production company, Farpoint Films. Since then, Kevin has worked on shows such as Ice Vikings, Alive, I Hostage, My Misdiagnosis, Cruise Ship Killers, and more. His assistant editing position has expanded to other roles such as camera operating and VFX. Aside from working at Farpoint Films, Kevin works on his own music video productions with the local music scene.

Nathalie Massaroni is an editor and filmmaker from Winnipeg. After graduating from the University of Winnipeg’s film program, Nathalie quickly gained experience on multiple projects (Night Hunter, How It Ends and GONE: My Daughter), eventually working as a camera trainee on a feature film (Siberia). She then went on to pursue her dream of becoming an editor and joined the team at Winnipeg’s award-winning production company, Farpoint Films. In less than two years at the company, Nathalie has worked on features and series (including Cruise Ship Killers, My Misdiagnosis, I Hostage, Alive and From The Vine) while becoming an in-demand editor and post-production supervisor.

Sara Bulloch is an editor and filmmaker. She’s edited and created graphics for many Farpoint shows like Ice Vikings, The Day My Job Tried to Kill Me, and Cruise Ship Killers. She’s also directed and wrote several award-winning short films, and co-coordinates the local Womxn’s Film & Video Network. With the combination of her Creative Communication diploma from Red River College and Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Manitoba, Sara’s skills range across marketing, editing, design, directing, and general creative enthusiasm. You can find her staring intently at her computer or petting the office dogs.

Elizabeth found her passion for filmmaking at the age of 13 while making various music video parodies and sketch comedies with her friends. She eventually enrolled into the University of Manitoba’s Film Studies program and graduated with a major in the field. She gained freelance experience working on small CBC spots with her professors, eventually working as a camera trainee on Tales From The Hood 3, Welcome to Sudden Death, and most notably Flag Day. She’s always looking for opportunities to grow creatively and to learn from those around her.

Howard has quickly established himself as a good boy at the Farpoint Films office. Howard is tasked with keeping a close eye on Trevor to make sure that he’s working instead of taking pictures of him sleeping.

Trevor is a writer, communications specialist, former journalist and a flaw in progress. He is the narrator for Death Of The Party and Sunshine Slayings, wrote and directed an episode of Disaster Deja Vu, scripted the series My Misdiagnosis and wrote episodes of Almost Unsolved, Cruise Ship Killers, Alive, Kid Diners, and Escape Or Die! He writes and directs the Electronic Press Kits for the feature films Farpoint produces including Levels, Room For Rent and Sorry For Your Loss. He also manages the company's social media pages. Trevor obediently takes Howard for at least four walks a day.
