The Farpoint Films produced feature comedy, Room For Rent, won three awards at the 2017 LA Comedy Festival.

The film, written and directed by Matthew Atkinson, won for Best Film, Best Screenplay, and Best Actor - Brett Gelman.

The Los Angeles Comedy Festival is the largest comedy festival in the United States featuring FILM, LIVE COMEDY ACTS, and a SCREENPLAY COMPETITION. The past festivals have featured thousands of performers and hundreds of films from LA and around the world.
