The Farpoint Films documentary Winnipeg Burlesque has wrapped shooting and is now in post production. The local history piece details the rise of prominent Winnipeg business woman Gladys Balsillie, Queen of the Burlesque, who managed an entertainment agency in the 1960's, 70's, and 80's that featured exotic dancers. Winnipeg Burlesque is being Directed by John Barnard and Produced by Kyle Bornais.
The titillating documentary will air on MTS VOD later in 2009.
